PLTW KY Baseline Survey

PLTWKY Affiliate director's office requests each school in KY to participate in a baseline survey. This data will be shared during the PLTW KY Summit on October 27 in Lexington, and use it as a ‘baseline’ for going forward. Due date to respond to survey is September 30, 2009.

Please gather the information as a team and provide only one response per school.

This survey has 2 parts.
